How to practice the Serving Wholeness Technique.

Serving Wholeness Technique

Being of Emanation

Serving Wholeness

How do you serve yourself and your goals in your life and how do you best serve others? This is one of the most powerful questions and its answer is one of the most intriguing statements of these times. When you are aligned with your personal power and your purpose, you gladly serve in all these capacities to the fullest. Becoming aligned in such a way requires nothing more than finding your primary purpose in this lifetime and aligning all other things in your current life to it. Sounds simple yet for millions of people this seems most complex due to what they have created as to who they think they are. Yes, it is that age-old personality, the created self that stands before you smiling eagerly and saying, I don't want to do that! The personalities that you create for ourselves, remember, are made up from a complex of various components and emotional and attitudinal actions that are taken to show self and others who you are and what game you are choosing to play in this life.

Remember, though, you create your "Created Selves" and the one you create should serve your highest good. That sounds quite noble, and yet you create most of who you think you are during moments of stress and duress in this life. Perhaps some have a higher percentage of choices made under moments of unconsciousness. Still many of the problem areas in your life are derived directly from this created self. There is nothing wrong with having a personality. Having more of it serves you very well. It is the moments that are created during unconsciousness that affect the blockages in your life. In turn your abilities to freely serve yourself and others wholly and joyfully is hampered by your beliefs based upon the emotions laid down during moments of pain and unconsciousness. This may be nothing more than going hungry or being drunk and during these moments laying down all kinds of affirmations that from then on, stick and gum up the works of your free thinking and ability to act in such a way without fear or trepidation.

Practicing the ONA Techniques that you have learned thus far will keep you aligned with your true Self and allow you to benefit most optimally from the alignment inherent in your actions. A regular practice of all these techniques keeps you fit and spiritually able to face any unknown factors that may enter into your complex and fascinating life.

The technique given in this workshop needs to be applied consistently in your life to everything you do. It is used to examine specific actions you choose not to do. It assists to open your thoughts to possibilities and allows you a moment of freethinking without fear and shadows to cloud your judgment. Take the time to participate in your own life and the lives of others. Do not allow your own fears and emotions to dictate the outcome for you or all Humanity. If something appears to be bad, not working or needing to be known about or even changed, find out what part of this you can affect or work with.

You need to start finding the part you play in the daily planetary scheme and then do that 100% of the time! This will present itself as you knowing what we are doing, how it aligns with your primary goal and how all the rest of your life aligns with what you choose to do. It serves you best to learn how to be of service in joy, without fear or worry, and to be achieving the goal of each lifetime!

There are three distinct parts to working with this technique. The first deals with your goals and your primary goal and what blocks your working toward achieving it each day. The second part is about your service with and from others and unraveling any blocks that you have agreed to, promoted or created as well. The third part is an integration process that is very powerful and needs to be worked with everyday.

Part One: Application of Serving One's Own Wholeness

In this section you are applying this technique to ourselves. You must always work this for the consciousness that it will bring when you properly utilize it to its fullest capacity. You want to repeat each step as long as you get results or change for each situation, occurrence or issue you are addressing. You also want to apply this technique in a session with yourself. Make sure all the setups are in place and that you are able to have a full session. Otherwise, work on getting yourself into the necessary conditioning so that you can have a session with yourself.

  1. Begin by asking a few simple questions concerning where you are currently.

    1. Are you currently aware of any situation that is affecting you emotionally, mentally, spiritually?

    2. Is your attention on anything concerning your body?

    3. Is your attention currently occupied by any particular thoughts or ideas?

    4. Is there anything you want/need handled?

  2. When you have written down the answer to the first question, apply these simple steps to what you found. After fully handling that question go to the next until you have handled all the questions asked in Step 1.

    1. Take each situation, occurrence or issue and while using one of the ONA Breathing Techniques, do a hands-on session on yourself, while chanting each sound of ONA, keeping this situation, occurrence or issue in mind.

    2. After this is complete you want to ask to see how it seems now. If it still holds some concern or your attention ask it what its purpose is. When this is answered, ask if you still need to work something out in connection to this. If you do and can complete this go about doing so. If it will take more time then design a plan to have this completed by a period of time agreed upon by you and this circumstance. Ask your highest Self which of the sounds of ONA best apply to the resolution of this circumstance. Chant this tone with this issue in mind until it starts to shift for you.

    3. Complete this for each situation, circumstance, condition or issue that comes to mind.

    4. This can be done as many times as needed.

Part Three: Application of Emanation Toward Wholeness Through Integration:

In this process you examine your life and how you live it. This is a constant process. It allows you to live your life in service to the greater whole of who you are and would like to become. Life is a constant process of growth. You are always learning something. No one on this planet has made it yet. You can claim that you can see or know yourself as enlightened beings of love. This is a statement of the Whole You. you can live life as a light being having a loving caring life or you can choose to have your life expressed in other ways. This is a lifelong process of integration. It includes many areas of your life physically, mentally and spiritually. This is how you view each of these areas of life as the whole of you are being.

  1. Begin by looking at something that has happened today. Begin to see how this fits into the larger view of your life.

  2. Each morning set out to see some part of the all-inclusive you in a different way or from a new perspective. Remember that intending things so, is the first step to accomplishing anything in life.

  3. Begin and end each day by claiming yourself as an enlightened being having the experience of awaking to a greater, more whole, you. This can be done through any number of ways: Affirmations, processes, or just by placing your body in a certain way on the bed,, in a chair or in the room you are in.

  4. Do these before or after operating a machine of any kind that may require your full attention. Don't drive a bus or car or use drill presses while doing this process! It will require your full attention at first. Eventually you will just go into this state during the day and it will begin to integrate into your every moment so that it and what you are doing are in sync and integrated as one energy.

  5. This is a process of integrating the whole you and all of the parts, so that each area has a voice, is heard and paid attention to.

  6. Take one area at a time and fully work with it. See how the synchronicity of life seems to meet the call to handle this issue. You will meet just the right people and the right opportunities will present themselves.

Applications for using the Serving Wholeness Technique with your clients

This technique works wonders for your clients. You can apply it to them and their situations. You basically tell them that you will be asking them a series of questions that are aimed at addressing any conditions that may be underlying their condition. If your client is trained in ONA they can chant the tones they know or feel comfortable with. If they have no training, they can chant "ONA.".

  1. Where it states to apply this in a session with yourself, you want to substitute a session with your client.

  2. You may only perform this technique with someone else if you have first successfully applied it to yourself. Working with power techniques requires first hand experience when applying these to someone else. To often, powerful tools are abandoned, altered or dropped due to lack of knowing where you are going and how to get there. If you follow that technique exactly as stated it will have marvelous results.

  3. Ask one question and fully handle that one circumstance or answer. Do not list all the questions first and leave them unhandled. This leaves the client to wonder about them after the session and before the next session. You ask one of the questions and fully handle what comes up and then return to the questioning, find something else and fully handle that.

  4. Always fully handle the questions asked in that session. If you did not complete all three parts, let your client know that you will be continuing with this technique in your next session. Do not diverge from this technique once you have started it. Complete all parts at least once with your client.

  5. Never leave the questions unanswered, even if the answer is no or they don't think so. These are valid answers. You may then go to the next question.

  6. In Part Three, apply this to your client. Once you start this part it must be completed in full one time through at least in one session. Handle one thing per session. You can find something new in each session.
